Legislation - requirements and features; legal procedure and terms; Prices, costs and compensation. General topics: procedure and process.
Legal support and support.

2. Legal support and support:

  • Preparation, conclusion and notarization of the surrogate agreement and all other necessary documents
  • Registration of the rights of genetic parents in Ukraine - ends with the receipt of birth certificate

Fixed One Time Payment Package covering:

  • Fixed payment of all legal expenses, including services and fees of attorneys and notaries *
  • Reports to Genetic Parents on the doctor's appointments and recommendations during the Program 
  • Fixed payment for medical services of the Prental Clinic and Maternity Home

     * except for litigation, if necessary

Please note - payment for IVF clinic services and compensation for a surrogate mother and / or egg donor are not included in this package and must be paid separately

A large package of services that allows to surround the care and attention of all participants of the Program.

  The Program Manager will act as a personal concierge, sole contact person for genetic parents, surrogate mother, egg donor and clinic, for communication and coordination within the Program

1. For Genetic Parents

  • Curator
  • Translator
  • Car with drive
  • Genetic Parents travel co-ordination - booking of tickets, hotels, etc. meeting / departure / transfer at the airport / train or bus station

2. For Surrogate Mothers

  • Supervision of the visit to the medical facilities, according to the doctor's appointment letter;
  • Purchasing for surrogate mother medicines, supplies prescribed by a reproductive physician;
  • Direct curation of childbirth.

Suitable for Genetic Parents who are unable to personally control the whole process

It covers all services of the "Optimal" Program and is complemented by a package of services that will satisfy almost any of your wishes:

1. For Genetic Parents

  • Curator
  • Translator
  • Business class car with driver
  • Organization of personal important meetings 
  • Genetic Parents reports on doctor's appointments and recommendations, and more
  • Genetic Parents Flat / House Rental With Baby Before Leaving Country 
  • Babysitting after the birth of a child before their parents leave for their Country of residence (4 weeks) 
  • Pediatrician, psychologist, nutritionist (4 weeks)

2. For Surrogate Mothers

  • Selection of an apartment / house for rent during the Program 
  • Continued patronage (5 or 7 days on Sundays for 8 hours) 
  • Babysitting after the birth of a baby before passing it on to Genetic Parents 
  • Pediatrician, psychologist, nutritionist

4. Financial Support

  • Developing and coordinating a financial model for the surrogate mother's calculations and compensation
  • Accounting and control of costs and compensation to Program participants and third parties involved
  • Withholding and making taxes and fees as required by law, if necessary 
  • Submission of periodic detailed financial statements

Dreamchild Programs do not cover the cost of IVF Clinic services and the direct compensation of a Surrogate Mother and / or Egg Donor, which must be paid for separately
