Where to start the surrogate motherhood process

There are many issues: medical, legal, financial, organizational, that arise for every married couple before they can benefit from a surrogate motherhood program.

You must be affiliated with Dreamchild before we can offer you further assistance: legal support, the selection of a suitable donor or surrogate mother, clinics, and more.

To begin joining, please send us your full names, dates of birth, country of citizenship and residence, the medical information you wish to provide.

After you agree to our terms and conditions and choose one of the programs we offer, we suggest that you read and sign the following documents:

• Questionnaire of potential (genetic) parents
• Statement - potential (genetic) parents 
• Dreamchild's service agreement 
• Contract between potential (genetic) parents and surrogate mother 
• Contract and other documents with our partner clinic IVF
  

Our service packages can include all expenses: legal, medical, surrogate mother and / or egg donor recruitment, clinic selection, patronage and more.

We carry out coordination, legal, financial and patronage support of the whole process, from selection of IVF partner clinic, candidacy of a surrogate mother to registration of a child in the registration authorities of Ukraine with your names as the child's parents.
